Printing
Having had excellent results from the 2000P, I now use the Epson 2100 professional printer which offers superb picture quality, sharpness and saturation using UltraChrome pigment inks. From this, Epson claims that prints will remain light-fast on interior display for 75 years and maybe very much longer.
With this printer, as well as Epson's own Archival Matte I am using digital fine art, mould-made papers from Schleicher & Schuell's Hahnermühler range and so I offer giclée prints. What are giclée prints? They are archival quality, high resolution, inkjet prints on fine art paper using pigment inks – see my FAQs.

While more of my photographs may be seen in the gallery, of course print quality can not be gauged from a website. You can only do that by actually seeing prints or by word-of-mouth.To get an idea of how the prints look when framed, click here.

I used to use dye sublimation printing with the Kodak 8650 which gave high quality, continuous tone images. But I found the process inflexible and the results not as long lasting as with giclée. No doubt the debate will continue.
